„A journey through the history and future of jewelry” has started as a challenge by Assamblage, Contemporary Jewelry School for its graduates, a challenge to reinterpret or reimagine the greatest movements in the history of art and design and to make them contemporary through their own artistic vision. After the 3-day exhibit at Galateca Gallery (22-24 May 2015), part of Romanian Design Week 2015, a curated selection was presented at One Design Week Bulgaria 2015, between 19-22 June 2015.

The second edition of the event, which took place in 2016, has added a separate section, focusing on national cultural heritage: Dacian treasures.. An exhibit which suggested an alternate perspective on the integration cycle of heritage into contemporary art - the contemporary jewelry designer community was invited to reinterpret in a contemporary manner objects of Dacian heritage, unveiling a personal way to refer to the national cultural legacy. A series of diverse and complex activities - exhibits, conferences, discussion groups, contests and demonstrative workshops took place in Bucharest, at the National History Museum of Romania, but also at the Art Museum of Cluj-Napoca.
